(If I’m allergic to bell peppers, would I still be allergic to them if they were fried?）

My husband is allergic to all types of peppers. It doesn’t matter if they’re cooked or raw, anything with paprika also affect him. So my answer is probably yes but there’s a solution, if you’re not severely allergic, my husband takes antihistaminics straight after he has food with peppers or paprika in it so he doesn’t come up in hives.
