Slow rumble even after repair

Recently, the Zafira were due to heavy rumble of the brake (the brake down of 60 … 80 km / h) replaced the brake discs, pads and the track rod. The car has no down 60,000 kilometers.
The cause must have been well aware that the disc had a stroke and thus the tie rod end was affected.
Perhaps this is here because a front wheel was not tightened properly, causing the stroke in the brake disc.
In any case, nor did the front wheel was tested, whether it is still intact (the steel inserts in the wheel and the imbalance was controlled).
Now the error is back, it surprised again when braking (but only when braking, and as I said 60 … 80 km / h at a slower pace, the rumble is not felt).
This is surely not that new brake discs have been dealt another blow, right? What, too?
I will of course have to go into the workshop, not least to clarify whether the first time the cause is not properly identified and eliminated, as to whether work was so bad.
Since this would mean an admission of the workshop, I am concerned that they could not pour me come clean, so my vertauen tarnished a bit earlier.
So I ask this question before here in the forum so that I in any possible confrontation with the workshop might have a better starting position.
Maybe someone here has experienced something similar and can tell me how the rumble caused. What can have caused?
